		<description>I worked with a gentleman from Cuba once. He made a guacamole that was out of this world. It had a very generous portion of olive oil. He also put in chopped green olives and capers. For those who like zesty guac it is perfect. I leave out the usual tomatoes and onions but that might be good too.</description>

		<description>Count me in the I *heart* avocado camp. This was also one of the first foods I gave my  now 21 month old daughter and we continue to eat the equivalent of 2 avocados weekly. (I am lucky to live in Northern California where they are abundant.) Even when she seems to be more picky than usual with her food, I always know that her cubes of avocado will get taken down.</description>
