The Weekly Roundtable
- I spiced up a classic, kid-friendly icebox dessert: No Bake Mexican Chocolate Pudding Pie. More please!!
- I made one dish that served as a simple, yet sophisticated dinner and upgraded packed lunch the next day: Ham, Spinach & Butter Crepes.
- I used chicken breast and a little bacon to turn a summer salad into a satisfying (but still light!) autumnal meal: Bacon and Chicken Panzanella. (Oh yea: and there’s a useful tip on making vinaigrettes in there, too!)
