		<description>hi susan. like michelle, i waited til isaac was about 8 mos before giving him fish but would do it differently the second time around. we also don&#039;t have a history of food allergies, which informs that thinking. 

either way, do what feels most comfortable. feeding your little one shouldn&#039;t be scary or stressful! there are lot of delicious, nutritious options!</description>

i started giving atticus fish around 8 months since i didn&#039;t have any family fish allergies--but was still a slightly cautious first-time mom. i&#039;d probably be more daring the next time around.
